Mary Buckley B.A. DLIS, ALAI is Head Librarian, National College of Ireland (Norma Smurfit Library), and has over 30 years’ experience of working in academic libraries. I am responsible for the strategic management and development of Library and Information services at NCI. I have specific responsibility for students studying online and I am currently working on the development of a College Archive. My main areas of interest are adult learners; digital learning (mindsets) & the delivery of online resources.
